TOMMY ZITIELLO
Owner/President

Jacksonville, Florida

Tommy is the owner and President of CDZ Sales. He has won numerous sales awards during his career, which includes ten years of key account sales responsibilities with Clairol and Sterling Drug. After over 25 years of growth in the accounts Tommy called on with CDZ, he transitioned to into a more hands-on managerial role, dedicating himself to improving CDZ's overall market coverage.

BOBBIE HILL
General Manager

Jacksonville, Florida

A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in both Accounting and Finance, Bobbie has been with CDZ since 2007.  Bobbie is the General Manager of CDZ responsible for overseeing our nearly 300 vendor partners.  Having a strong background in analytics Bobbie also manages our business intelligence division, and oversaw the development of several best in class reporting platforms that CDZ currently utilizes.

LOUIE ZITIELLO
Business Development Manager

Jacksonville, Florida

Attended University of North Florida. Louie has been a member of CDZ since 2004. He started out in the field performing Retail store checks. His Retail exposure early in his career helped to lay the foundation of his sales career. However, retail store visits are still a part of his weekly routine. His relationships with both suppliers and customers have progressed as he is now calling on numerous accounts in the Southeast. His vast knowledge of methods and principles are sure to satisfy your customer’s needs. He prides himself on his hunger to aggressively grow and manage your business utilizing all of his expertise and understanding of the accounts he calls on.

MARK HARTUNG
Business Development Manager

Palm Harbor, Florida

A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Mark began his career as a training director for Sav-A-Stop in 1980. He spent fifteen years with Acosta Sales as director of Publix Supermarkets non-food sales. After an award-winning career, earning plaudits from companies such as J & J, Lederle, Jergens, Combe, Lehn & Fink, Church & Dwight, Upjohn and Duracell, Mark joined the CDZ team in early 1997. Mark has continued his pattern of success at Publix due to his perseverance and professional work ethic.

Dale Ray
Business Development Manager

Jacksonville, Florida

Dale has almost 30 years in the business and the last 18 years with Advantage Sales calling on Southeastern Grocers, first in Greenville and then moved to Jacksonville during the integration.  Prior experience includes managing P/L business for BILO while employed by Daymon Associates. He has built strong relationships based on his knowledge of the customer, his client, honesty, and attitude to win with the grocery, frozen and dairy teams.  He has earned accolades and awards from companies including Smuckers, Sargento and Windsor Foods; currently he is serving as the President of the NFFRFA.  In 2018, Dale joined the CDZ team and is looking to continue to drive success for his clients at SEG.

SCOTT ZITIELLO
Business Development Manager

Palm Harbor, Florida

Holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona Western College. Scott has led both national and regional sales at multiple corporate and consumer health organizations including Designer Protein, LaCorium Health USA, Konsyl Pharmaceuticals and Insight Pharmaceuticals. Scott spends most of his time selling Publix and continues to have success selling and growing business through tremendous follow-up skills and experience.

MARK JENKINS
Business Development Manager

Jacksonville, Florida

Mark began his 1st career at Winn Dixie in 1974 advancing through the ranks to Store Manager, Grocery Category Manager and Corporate HBC Category Manager. In 2003, Mark joined Cavalaris Sales and Marketing starting his 2nd career professionally representing many HBC-GM-Home and Food clients in the Southeast. In December 2015, Mark joined CDZ Sales in the acquisition of the former agency offering clients and customer many years of consumer product and retail knowledge.

ALBERTO LEONARD
Business Development Manager

Miami, Florida

A graduate of the University of Florida, Alberto joined the CDZ team in 1998. In 25 years as a manufacturer rep, Alberto has developed a reputation as one of the hardest working, dependable and professional brokers in the very difficult south Florida marketplace. His account responsibilities include Navarro, Carib Sales, Miami Dade Distributors and Alberto Cortes.

CORDULA MAYER
Business Development Manager

Charlotte, North Carolina

Studied Graphic Design at the University of Darmstadt/Germany and is a certified Foreign Language Secretary for English and French. Cordula worked for Lexmark Germany for 10 years as an Executive Assistant organizing international Trade Fairs, Press Conferences and Customer Events before joining the sales force as a Key Account Manager for the Consumer Printer Division calling on Mass Merchandisers. Cordula has been a member of the CDZ Team since 2006, her account responsibilities are Family Dollar and Variety Wholesalers.

SHEILA DATTOLI
Business Development Manager

Jacksonville, Florida

A graduate of Colorado State University-Pueblo, Sheila has been a member of the CDZ team since 2002. She has a well-rounded understanding of retail sales including managing a Radio Shack store for 2 years. She started with the CDZ Jacksonville team as a planogram analyst working in-house at Winn Dixie and progressed through her quality relationships with the buyers to a sales role calling on Winn Dixie and Tree of Life. Sheila continues to provide professional planogram services at a fair price.
